Chicken breast stuffed with brie, caramelized onions and toasted walnuts on
crushed mini-potatoes and brown butter baby carrots


Jerk Pork Tenderloin
A spicy pork tenderloin with basmati rice, a creamy mango sauce 
and seasonal vegetables


Haddock Filet with sauce homard
Creamy local lobster sauce served over a fresh and local pan fried haddock filet,
and served with basmati rice and a seasonal vegetable medley


Oven baked meringue served with assorted fresh berries, 
a raspberry coulis and vanilla Chantilly cream


Signature Maple Tart
Freshly baked Maple Tart served with cinnamon Chantilly cream


All meals are $38.00 per person ~ Prix fixe dinners include three courses, including coffee or tea.
